Dear Terramar neighbors:
We have received several reports of people accessing the dredge work area inside the pavilion gate and near the fishing pier, including children climbing onto the dredge barges and machinery after hours and on the weekends. For your safety, access to this area is strictly prohibited for the duration of the dredge project. The pavilion gate is locked and we have added caution tape around the area. Please report any trespassers to the police and/or Athena Property Management. Additionally, while the main channel remains open to boat traffic, please use extreme caution and do not recreate in the area. We have received reports of children swimming and kayaking near the dredge barges and have instructed the dredge crew to request they move to a safer area during work hours. There will not be any dredge work the rest of this week so that you may enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with your family.
Annual dues statements and a Board update letter will be circulated the first week of December so please be on the lookout. Payment is due no later than January 31, 2026, and payment can be made on the TBCIA website, the Athena portal https://athena.cincwebaxis.com and/or by check mailed to Athena Management Services, 18 Augusta Pines Drive, Ste. 210C, Spring, TX 77389.
