Annual homeowner dues are due on or before January 1. Each homeowner receives notice of the amount due by email in the month of December. Annual homeowner dues are currently $550 for all properties, improved and unimproved. All Section deed restrictions are posted on the TBCIA Website. A message from your Board of Directors:
As a reminder, there will be a quarterly board meeting on Saturday at 10 am at the Pavilion. The HOA provided a zoom link in the July 20th notice for those who can’t attend in person and wish to listen. We are monitoring the weather and current forecasts are predicting rain on Saturday. If the weather prevents us from conducting the meeting in person, we will conduct virtually and still offer the same zoom option. And in the unlikely event the weather becomes more severe, and we experience community wide connectivity issues and/or power outages, the meeting will be postponed. A final decision will be made by 7:30am on Saturday morning and disseminated by email.
