DESCRIPTION:Dear Terramar Beach Community:\n\nWe are excited to inform you that our dredging project will begin\, weather permitting\, on Monday\, November 10th\, and is anticipated to be completed in approximately 6 weeks. This essential maintenance project is part of our ongoing efforts to preserve and protect our association assets\, property values and environment while adhering to the requirements of our deed restrictions and the terms of our GLO lease.\nPlease note:\n\n\n The contractors will work Monday – Friday\, 10 hours per day. The main navigation channel markers will be removed during the project and the channel boundaries will be denoted with temporary pvc markers. Please do not touch or remove the temporary markers. The channel will remain open\, but users are asked to navigate the area slowly\, safely and with respect for the contractors and barges working in the area.\n\n\nThe Pavilion and surrounding area will be closed for the duration of the project to ensure your safety. A lock will be installed on the pavilion gate and no owners will be allowed access for the duration of the project.\n\n\nThe area surrounding the pool will be blocked off for dredge spoil containment and dewatering. Access to this area is strictly forbidden and trespassers will be dealt with accordingly.\n\n\nFor those that rent their homes\, please notify your tenants and property management companies of the project scope and rules.\nWe are committed to completing this project as efficiently and safely as possible and appreciate your patience and cooperation.\nIf you have any questions or concerns\, please contact Athena Management at 346-328-2775.
