Board of Director’s Meeting Minutes

May 3, 2008

The board meeting was held at the home of Bonny English 23156 Gulf Drive.

Members Present:

Ed Nadalin – President. Bob Majewski – Vice President, Pat Kirk – Section 3, Bonny English – Section 5, Stan Krupa – Marina Section.

Members Absent with Notice:

Marcy Anderson – Treasurer, Linda Owens – Secretary, Ed Hartman – Section 1

Member Absent without Notice:

Wanda Greer- Past President, Jeff Baker – Section 2, Kim Saxon – Section 4, Kathy Ringrose – Section 6, Rick Gonzalez – Section 7

Guests: Barbara Bowe, Frank Helfrich, Anthony Osso, Elizabeth Atchley, Willa Nadalin, Bernd Linden.

The meeting was called to order by President Ed Nadalin at 10:15 a.m. He asked the the acting Secretary if a quorum was established and the answer was no.

A motion was made by Bonny English to adjourn the meeting due to a lack of a quorum. Pat Kirk seconded the motion and the motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 10:17.
