Financial Report
The Association has $94,209 in savings and $49,990.24 in checking accounts.  There were two or three property owners responded to the letter sent regarding past due maintenance fees. Ann will follow-up on filing liens on those property
owners who have not responded.

Lloyd stated that property owners on the beach front are putting trash on the other side of Gulf Dr. The city will not pick-up trash on that side of the street. There seems to be some confusion as to where trash should be placed. Wanda will check with the City to determine where trash should be placed.

Sink Hole
Stan reported he received a bid in the amount of $10,000 to fill the hole. Bill recommended the project be discussed at the annual meeting, other property owners may have suggestions.

Fishing Dock
Tom reported the storm did substantial damage to the dock. The Association's insurance will not cover the damage. The lights were knocked out. After considerable discussion on the possible usage of underwater lights rather than overhead lights. A decision was made to install underwater fights. Tom will arrange for repairs to the dock. Doug will construct the underwater lights but will not install them. The board will be contacted to approve expenditures.

Swimming Pool
The ramp is completed, but still needs some sand around it. The pool furniture needs to be replaced. Pete moved to approve $1,000 for misc. expenditures for furniture and landscaping. Wanda seconded, motion approved.

After discussion around the need for a pool attendant, the board decided as a private pool an attendant was not required. Ron is certified by the City to take care of the pool.

Association T-shirts
Patty and Larry Erdman have been handling the sale of T-shirts. They will be out of town on the annual meeting day. Cindy Rice will sell the shirts.

Deed Restriction Violations
A property owner in the Marina section is in violation of deed restrictions. He has a storage container on the property. Bill proposed a certified letter be sent to the property owner regarding the violation. He will have 30 days to remove the container. If he does not comply the Association's legal counsel will be asked to take appropriate action.  Eleanor seconded, motion approved.

Annual Meeting
Tom will make arrangements for the tents, tables and chairs to be put up on June 7th.

Doug will arrange for brisket and links.

Bob will take care of soft drinks.

Eleanor will pick up plates, napkins, plastic forks, etc.

Pete or Bob will make cards for voting by property owners.

Property owners will be encouraged to give the Association an emergency phone number. They can choose to not have the information printed in our directory.

Bill asked the board to meet at 9:00 a.m. under the tent to set up chairs, etc.

Bill made a motion to adjourn at 10:55. Bob seconded, motion approved.
