On June 14, 2003 a proposal
to build a pavilion was unanimously approved at the TBCIA annual meeting.On June 14, 2003 a proposal
to build a pavilion was unanimously approved at the TBCIA annual meeting. .At the January 10, 2004 board
meeting, the TBCIA board voted
to have Oceanwood
Homes, Inc. build the pavilion. Original pavilion
committee members were Lore Cordell, Kim Saxon, and Lloyd
Pepper. The pavilion pilings were put in place in March
2004. The
pavilion was completed in April 2004. The first official event in
the
pavilion was the the TBCIA Annual Meeting on June 12, 2004. The
Pavillion is located at 3915 1/2 Obra.| Dates |
