Dear Terramar Beach Property Owners,

Please plan to attend the Terramar Beach Community Improvement Association (TBCIA) annual meeting on June 14th, 2008. Proxies will not be accepted at this meeting so you must be in attendance to vote.

The slate of officers, recommended by the nominating committee, for the coming year will be presented. An amendment to our by-laws to allow voting by proxy will also be on the agenda in addition to other items. Your attendance is required to vote on these issues.

Remember Saturday, June 14th, 2008 for the annual meeting of TBCIA.
